Cookie Policy
Effective 1 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-06
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. Some are essential; others are optional and only used if you agree.
2. Strictly necessary
These make the service work and keep it secure. They do not need consent and cannot be switched off in our controls.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
vendset-browser.session_token | Keeps you signed in | Session / up to 30 days | First party |
csrf-token | Protects forms and actions from cross-site attacks | Session | First party |
oauth_access_token / oauth_refresh_token | Sign-in for connected apps and the mobile API | Hours to 30 days | First party |
vg_consent | Remembers your cookie choices | 6 months | First party |
vg_vid | Random ID that links your cookie choices to a consent record (no tracking) | 6 months | First party |
We also store display preferences (for example sidebar state, table layouts and saved filters) in your browser's local storage. These stay on your device and are used only to remember your settings.
3. Analytics and marketing (optional)
If we use analytics to understand how our websites and product are used, or marketing tools to measure campaigns, they are off until you opt in, and the categories below show what each covers. At the time of writing we do not set any analytics or marketing cookies in the product; this page will list them before we do.
- Analytics: helps us see which pages and features are used so we can improve them.
- Marketing: measures whether our advertising works.
4. Your choices
You can change your choice at any time, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (blocking necessary cookies may stop sign-in working). Rejecting optional cookies is as easy as accepting them.
